Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to order?
No, but the advantage of having an account is that you have a profile, where you have all your data in one place. You do not have anything to fill in again. Go to "Login / Register" at the top of the page. Here you can click on 'Register'. Then you can enter your data to create an account.

Are the data that I need to fill in an account safe?
We respect the privacy of all users of our site and ensure that the personal information you give will be treated confidentially by us. We will not give your personal information to third parties.

What are the delivery costs and delivery times?
We strive to ship your order within 2-4 business days after receiving your payment. Your order is usually shipped with PostNL. You will receive an email confirmation, indicating a track & trace code. You can use this code to track your shipment. it may take about a week before the package is delivered. For the delivery costs, check "SHIPPING AND DELIVERY"on the webshop. 

Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, We also ship abroad, check "SHIPPING AND DELIVERY"on the webshop

Are the prices include VAT?
Yes, all the prices shown on the website are include VAT.

What are the payment methods?
You can pay using iDEAL, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Fast Checkout, Bancontact / Mister Cash and SOFORT Banking. For more info check the "Payment methods" at the shop.

Can I pick up my order?
No, it is not yet possible to pick up your order.

Can I have my order delivered to someone else?
When placing your order, you can choose to deliver it to someone else.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been sent. In such a case, contact us immediately via info@dress4christ.nl. Otherwise You have the right to cancel your order until 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Make sure the label is attached and the garment is in its original condition.

How can I return? 
You have the right to cancel your order until 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After the cancellation you have again 14 days to send the product back. You get the total amount, including shipping costs within 14 days, provided that the items are returned in good condition. This means that the articles are not damaged, dirty, washed, changed and that any labels or tags are still intact. To return a product, sent an email via info@dress4christ.nl or via My Account> My tickets. We will email a free returns label for you to use at the Post Office. We will pay the shipping cost.

You have also the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. After the withdraw you have again 14 days to send the product back. The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to simply fill the withdrawal form. Click here to download the withdrawal form. You can also contact us via info@dress4christ.nl

Where can I enter a discount code?
A discount code you can use in your shopping basket. Directly below the article summary in your cart you can enter your discount code in the text field, then click 'OK' and the discount will be calculated immediately. Per order a maximum of one coupon code can be used.

What should I do if I have a complaint?
If you have a complaint about our services or products, you can always contact us via info@dress4christ.nl We will handle your complaint as soon as possible but in any case within three days you will get a response from us.
